The Gottman Method focuses on identifying and transforming the underlying dynamics that drive conflict, disconnection, and emotional distance. Rather than simply managing surface-level disagreements, this approach helps couples understand what’s happening underneath the arguments—including unmet needs, emotional injuries, and miscommunication patterns that build over time.
